Richard Gonzalez: Richard L. Gonzalez, who is 59 years old, has been the Vice President & Technical Services Manager at Kelken Construction Systems for the last 9 years. Previously, Richard spent 15 years as the Eastern US Sales Engineer for Bethlehem Steel Corp. handling their bridge and highway products. Before that Gonzalez spent 9 years with Schuylkill Products Inc. as the Sales Engineer for the Eastern US and handling their prestressed bridge members, decking and drainage items.
