Traversing the intersection of I-94 and I-41, the Zoo Interchange in Milwaukee, Wisc., is the highest volume interchange in the state, withstanding more than 350,000 vehicles per day. The reconstruction of the interchange is tagged at an overall cost of $1.7 billion.
