The city of Temecula, Calif., recently completed the installation of a 152-ft-long by 47-ft-wide U.S. Bridge Cambridge style, weathering single-span steel truss superstructure that included 2 – 9 ft exterior sidewalks. Click here to see the time lapse video of the bridge being assembled. The new superstructure replaced a bridge that was located below the 100-year water surface elevation and was subject to heavy scour conditions. The new bridge will provide an architecturally enhanced entry to the Old Town Temecula District.
