Terex Pegson products to be displayed at ConExpo-Con/Agg include three new crushers: the large XA750 jaw, the XV350 vertical shaft impactor and the XH250 horizontal impactor. All are track-mounted.
The XA750 is an entirely new jaw plant for larger quarry and recycling applications, using a modular design for maximum capacity. Some of its features include a modular hopper/feeder section with live prescreen that is removable for transport if required, a one-piece hydraulically raised/lowered product conveyor, an extended dirt/fines conveyor, and a Jaques 55-in. x 35-in. jaw with hydraulic adjustment system.
The new XV350 features the world-leading Canica 2050 vertical shaft impactor on a revised 1300 Maxtrak chassis. Ideally suited to be fed from the Maxtrak range of cones. Countershaft drive accommodates a conventional V-belt drive and HFO clutch for maximum fuel efficiency.
The XH250 features a Terex Pegson-designed horizontal shaft impactor using the latest technology for smaller recycling and quarry applications. Features include an underpan feeder for main-belt protection, hydraulically raised/lowered main conveyor, full tunnel protection over the conveyor, direct drive through HFO clutch with soft start and an efficient two-stage grizzly feeder with underscreen.
