The first-ever seven-axle Terex RD7000 Rear-Discharge Transit-Mix truck from Terex Roadbuilding features a 29-ft outer bridge length with six axles under the rear fender. The RD7000 delivers an 11-cu-yd legal concrete payload or a gross permissible weight of 76,820 lb at 4,000 lb/yd of concrete. This transit-mix truck meets federal bridge standards of 77,000 lb at 29 ft without the need for a trailer axle. It incorporates a 12-cu-yd drum into a Sterling LT9500 chassis to reduce the chance for accidental mix spillage.
