More room to haul

Sept. 1, 2005
International Truck and Engine Corp. recently introduced the newest member of their 7000 series—the 7700 dump truck (Circle 916). The 7700 has new features specifically for bridge formula mixer, super dump and block hauler jobs. The frame of the 7700 includes a single 12.25-in. frame that is 400 lb lighter than many double 10-in. frames, allowing customers to haul greater payloads. The standard engine on the International 7700 is a 305-hp Cummins ISM with a 1,150-lb-ft torque rating and an optional upgrade in power to a 470-hp Caterpillar or Cummins engine.
