Hard Dollar & Komatsu Form Alliance

A new strategic alliance between Hard Dollar Corp. and Komatsu America International Co. was announced today at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2002 in Las Vegas.

As part of this alliance, Komatsu made a $2 million equity investment in Hard Dollar.

The two companies are now pursuing corporate initiatives that include joint marketing programs and technology development to enhance existing product offerings, as well as to offer new products.

This alliance brings together two pools of industry knowledge specific to the infrastructure construction sector.
