An annual Roads & Bridges state-of-the-industry survey shows 2023 was successful for most and 2024 looks just as positive.
Eligible projects fall into either planning grants or bridge project grants and are available for fiscal years 2023 - 2026.
The new rule also rescinds the 2021 Independent Contractor Rule.
