The city of Philadelphia has posted recommended alternate routes to avoid the collapse

Multiple detours are now being posted following the collapse of an I-95 bridge in the Tacony section of Philadelphia on Sunday, June 11.
There are no “perfect” alternate routes, as explained by an Action News Traffic Reporter, Matt Pellman on Action News Monday morning. However, there are options to explore.
Commuters heading northbound will be forced off I-95 at Aramingo Avenue. Those heading southbound will be forced off I-95 at Cottman Avenue.
The city of Philadelphia recommends the following routes:
Drivers heading southbound should use Route 63 West (Woodhaven Road) to U.S. 1 South to 76 East to 676 East to I-95 southbound
Drivers heading northbound should use I-676 West to I-76 West to U.S. 1 North to Route 63 East (Woodhaven Road) to I-95 northbound
Drivers can also head to New Jersey depending on what direction they are headed, and can do so by the Turnpike Connector Bridge or the Burlington-Bristol Bridge
Once in New Jersey take either Route 130, I-295 or the New Jersey Turnpike (note that route 130 in Pennsauken is currently closed due to an early morning fire). After navigating to one of these options, take it down to the Ben Franklin Bridge, Walt Whitman Bridge, or Commodore Barry Bridge back into Philadelphia
