Inlet control device

July 26, 2011

A study conducted by Utah State University determined that Snap-Tite’s inlet control device, the Hydro-Bell, increases hydraulic flow by approximately 30% relative to the flow through a standard square end inlet condition typically found in culvert applications. The device is ideal for flood-prone culvert rehabilitation projects, and is designed to snap onto the standard Snap-Tite culvert lining system’s machined ends.
