Improving the Daily Diary (one hour) covers proper documentation on a construction or maintenance project. The information in the daily diary kept for projects must be accurate, correct and factual to ensure proper payment and avoid lawsuits. Please note that the terminology may differ slightly from department of transportation (DOT) to DOT; for example, the document may also be called a daily work report. Each state agency/company has its own requirements, which the user needs to review and follow.
